Program Access:
- 3 workouts will be released each week for 4 weeks and accessible via a mobile fitness app.
- You will have access to the fitness platform for 45 days. (Or until 1/31/2025 if joining the January challenge) Extended access is available with a monthly membership purchase.
Note: Completion of a health questionnaire and fitness waiver is required before access to the program is granted. This program is designed specifically for women, based on the gender you were assigned at birth.
