2-Week Nutrition Jump Start
 A focused two-week program designed to help you understand your current habits, set up a nutritionist-prepared meal plan, and start tracking toward your goals. Ideal for those who want a quick, foundational start to their wellness journey.


The Satisfaction Guarantee

I am committed to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals. If you meet the criteria and do not experience a noticeable improvement in your energy, wellness, or eating habits by the end of the program, I will provide additional support as follows:

  • 6-Week Program Guarantee: If eligible, you will receive an additional 3 weeks of support at no extra cost.

  • 2-Week Program Guarantee: If eligible, you will receive an additional 1 week of support at no extra cost.

Conditions for Guarantee Eligibility (for both programs): To qualify for the satisfaction guarantee, you must:

  • Macro Tracking: Achieve an average of at least 85% of your macro target during the tracking period (Week 2 of the 2-Week Program, Weeks 3-6 of the 6-Week Program).

  • Session Attendance: Attend all scheduled onboarding and check-in appointments.

  • Consistent Communication: Maintain weekly communication over the program period via the fitness app, sharing any challenges, concerns, or questions.
