Week 1: Intake & Baseline Tracking
Your journey begins with an in-depth intake session. We’ll review your health background, set your goals, and outline your baseline measurements. I’ll recommend an app and scale to help you track your initial measurements and guide you on logging meals, portion sizes, and hunger cues. This tracking helps us identify patterns and set the foundation for personalized changes.
Week 2: Review, Education & Macro Setup
This week, we’ll review your tracking data and discuss insights into your current habits. You’ll learn the basics of nutrition, covering macronutrients and micronutrients. We’ll determine your personalized macro targets and set them up in a tracking app, ensuring you’re aligned with your goals. I’ll also provide nutritionist-prepared meal plans and recipe books tailored to your needs, giving you the tools to plan and prepare meals confidently.
Week 3: Meal Plan Implementation
With your meal plan in hand, this week is all about putting it into action. Incorporate the guidance into your routine while tracking your intake and noticing changes in energy, satisfaction, and fullness. I’ll be available to support you through this transition and answer any questions along the way.
Week 4: Mid-Program Check-In & Adjustments
We’ll meet for a mid-program check-in to assess your progress and make adjustments to the plan as needed. This session is designed to address challenges and celebrate successes, refining the plan to suit your needs. You’ll also learn mindful eating practices to help you become more in tune with your body’s cues.
Week 5: Continued Implementation & Building Confidence
This week, we focus on building confidence with the meal plan and preparing you for real-life scenarios. You’ll continue with the plan, and I’ll share practical strategies for handling social situations, dining out, and staying balanced during busy times.
Week 6: Final Check-In & Long-Term Strategy
In our final session, we’ll celebrate your progress, review your goals, and set a plan for long-term success. You’ll receive a sustainable meal plan for ongoing wellness and tips for self-monitoring to keep you on track.
